Editorial Criteria

Every KU author deserves a chance to have a feature here at KU Addicts Express. This is why we do not have a minimum review requirement. 

That being said, we want our readers to value our emails and the books we feature inside of it. For this reason, we do review all titles that are submitted to KU Addicts Express. There are some occasions where we may not accept a book into our service. We reserve the right not to accept a title for any reason, but there are a few common factors that weigh into our review process:

• All titles MUST be part of the KDP Select or Kindle Unlimited program. Submitted titles not found in these programs may be subject to cancellation.
  
  
• All titles should be at least 50 pages in length. Short books are always great, but do not perform well with our subscribers. We do make exceptions to this rule on occasion, for Non-Fiction books.
  
  
• Books with an average rating below 3 stars will not be accepted unless the book is a new release. 
  
  
• All book covers must be clear and attractive. Your book will be featured prominently in our emails and on our website. If your cover is difficult to read, blurry, or just doesn't fit our subscribers, we may not be able to accept your book.
  
  
• Your book description should be free of errors on the Amazon landing page.
  
  
• We promote a variety of book genres, and we love them all. However, we will not promote titles that are hateful, slanderous or designed to incite violence. 
  
  
• We will only accept a book once in a 30 day period. Multiple listings for the same book in one month will not be accepted, and will be subject to re-scheduling or cancellation. This applies even if the book is used in different booking types. 
  
  
• We will only promote one book per author on any one day. No multi-book promotions will be accepted.
  
  
• You may only be an "Author of the Day" once in a 90 day period. 
  
  
• Books will be listed on our site for a period of 30 days.
  
  
• We reserve the right to review each submission and may place your book in an alternate category that bests fits the readership for your title. Example: A book whose blurb mentions romance may be placed in the romantic equivalent category as well as the original category. For titles booked in combined categories such as mystery/thrillers, the title will be promoted under the category in which it bests fits based on the Amazon subgenre categories and reviews. 

Terms and Conditions:

The purpose of our services is to promote your Kindle Unlimited book to our newsletter subscribers and social media following. We cannot be held responsible for the number of page reads you receive nor do we guarantee a large spike in page reads as it is dependent on your provided cover, blurb, and the reader’s individual interest in your title. KDP does not track Kindle Unlimited title downloads, and as such, our readers may have downloaded your book into their library, but have not yet read it.  The majority of our clients have seen steady page reads for a few weeks time after their promotion, but that is not a guaranteed result for everyone. 

By following our editorial criteria, we are giving you the best probability for successful results, but we cannot be held accountable if expected results are not achieved.
